End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of the SAA Arbitration Tracker (the “Application”), a private internal application operated by Shawn Aiken PLLC (“Licensor”). By accessing or using the Application, the user agrees to these terms.

1. License.

The Application is provided solely for the internal business use of Shawn Aiken PLLC and its authorized personnel. No license is granted to the general public. The Application is not sold or distributed to third parties.

2. Permitted use.

Authorized users may use the Application to manage the firm’s arbitration matters and to view financial and administrative information, including data retrieved from connected services such as Intuit QuickBooks Online at the user’s direction.

3. Restrictions.

Users shall not redistribute, sublicense, or provide access to the Application to anyone outside the firm; reverse engineer it except as permitted by law; or use it to access data they are not authorized to access.

4. Connected services.

The Application integrates with third-party services at the user’s direction. Use of those services is subject to their own terms. The Application’s handling of data from Intuit APIs is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability.

The Application is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Licensor is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.

6. Governing law.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
