The platform aggregates the critical case-management functions in one place. Through each dedicated site, users can:

  • Access uploaded documents in a color-coded electronic file cabinet that can be searched and sorted for easy retrieval.
  • Communicate with Shawn Aiken, case manager DeAnn Buchmeier, and all counsel through a case-specific message board.
  • Upload memos, documents, deposition transcripts, exhibits, and hearing transcripts for anywhere, anytime access.
  • Follow a customized case calendar that tracks upcoming events in the matter.

Efficient filing, remote access, and security.

Efficient filing and service. A streamlined interface files documents with our office and serves the other parties. Notifications contain document links — avoiding size and security issues with email attachments — and receipt can be independently verified, eliminating disputes over whether a document was filed or received.

Remote access. Access the case file anywhere in the world through a secure internet connection; the system updates automatically and sends real-time notifications as documents and postings are added.

Easy to use. Each hub is intuitive — an internet connection, a web browser, an email address, and the ability to open a PDF are all that is required. Case Anywhere’s legal and technical team is available to help.

Secure platform. Hosted in Microsoft Azure and monitored 24/7, with SSL protection, multi-factor authentication, and database encryption; all data is monitored and backed up.
